Casey Herzfeld 

Casey Herzfeld is the Owner and Team Leader of The 14er Group at eXp Realty, where she leads a growth focused real estate team built on strategy, accountability, and elevated client service. The 14er Group is inspired by Colorado’s 14,000-foot mountain peaks and represents preparation, resilience, and a commitment to reaching higher standards in both performance and professionalism.

Casey brings extensive leadership and brokerage experience to her role, having previously served as an Employing Broker and Managing Broker overseeing brokerage operations, compliance, and transaction oversight for hundreds of agents. In that capacity, she provided direct mentorship on contract negotiations, risk management, and complex transactions while designing and delivering continuing education, including Annual Commission Update and contracts courses.

In addition to brokerage leadership, Casey is a high-producing real estate professional with a proven track record in residential sales, consistently delivering strong results for both buyers and sellers. Her background allows her to approach every listing with a strategic lens, combining pricing expertise, market analysis, and buyer behavior to maximize exposure and outcomes.

Casey is known for her structured, marketing driven approach to selling homes. She does not simply list properties. She creates tailored marketing plans designed to position homes competitively and generate momentum in the marketplace.

Outside of real estate, Casey has been a Colorado resident for over 26 years and values an active, balanced lifestyle. She is the mother of a 23 year old son serving in the U.S. Navy and a high school senior daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking Colorado’s trails, spending time with her dogs, being outdoors, and traveling with her kiddos.
