Hi! I’m Jayde, a Colorado-loving real estate professional who thrives on everything this beautiful state has to offer- live music, running, hiking, hot yoga, breweries, and specialty restaurants! Most importantly, I live and breathe all things real estate.

With more than 14 years of experience as both a Realtor® and an investor, I bring a deep knowledge of the market to every client I serve. I have personally owned and managed 12 long- and short-term rental properties, giving me first hand expertise in building both short- and long-term wealth through real estate. If there is a "hack" out there to build your portfolio-chances are I have done it and can help you do the same!  Since getting licensed in 2011, I have truly worn all the hats and have seen every side of the industry. From inside sales and new home build designations, to specializing in Corporate Relocation and Military PCS- I bring a vast level of knowledge and experience unmatched by many in the industry.   

As a proud military wife to a Special Forces soldier, I have a heart for service and a strong commitment to giving back. I specialize in serving military and veteran families, as well as other community heroes including first responders, law enforcement, teachers, and medical professionals. I have a passion for serving those who serve others and have committed hundreds of thousands of dollars giving back to hero populations in addition to ensuring white glove service to every client I represent.
